Lawrence is a partner and international head of the real estate group at the law firm Taylor Wessing. He acts regularly for international investors, particularly in the private wealth sphere. In 2014, Lawrence led the Taylor Wessing team on the purchase of the London’s prestigious “Gherkin” building for £700 million by the Safra Group, controlled by the Brazilian billionaire Joseph Safra. Lawrence is also chairman of Family Office Real Estate Advisers.
