Forbes set up the private office at high-end UK real estate agents Savills, which is a specialist department and single point of contact for in-depth, global expertise, and providing discrete and confidential service for ultra-high net worth clients. Forbes became a partner with Chesterfield (which was acquired by Savills in 2006) in 1984, selling high-end properties in prime central London, and in the process became acknowledged as an expert at the top-end of the residential market in the capital.
